Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, send it back and we'll replace it or give you a refund.
1,We accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
2,Returns must be received in new condition: unwashed ,unworn ,with the original tag and in the original box and/or packaging.
3,Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
4,Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. 5,Original shipping is non-refundable.
